What is NLP?
Well, that's a big question, NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It's a big title and I've dedicated a page to answer that question here.
Are you a Life Coach?
Some would say yes, but really I am a Motivational Coach and NLP Practitioner. I can help with something that needs a quick fix right through to longer term coaching.
How does this first chat work?
It can be done over the phone or online, or if you're in the the area pop in.
How long does it last ?
Typically it only lasts a few minutes, but there is no time limit - the important thing is that you and I are a good fit and that my services are right for you.
Will you hypnotise me?
No, my methods do not include traditional hypnosis as we all understand it.
How many sessions will I need?
That will very much depend on your personal needs and will be discussed in our initial chat. My Clients frequently find that one or two sessions is enough to get the results they need.
Can you work with a group?
Yes, I love working with groups or teams, be they sports or non sporting related. I'll be happy to have a chat with you on what I can bring to the party for your team or group.
Can you help me with Sports Preparation?
Oh yes! This is my forte. I've got nearly 40 years motivational experience in sport and have worked with anything from Club Sportsmen and Women to World Champions.
So are you a Sports Psychologist then?
Most definitely not, although the world of Psychology uses many NLP techniques which I am qualified in.
Can you do this remotely?
That very much depends on what we are dealing with, but yes there are many things that can be achieved either over the phone or via Skype/Face Time and such like.
Do you have a practice?
Yes I do, and I am in the process of moving to my new premises in Surrey.
What's your connection with Lifestyle Changers?
The wife and I have practice which works nicely alongside my NLP, where we help people change their lifestyle. Health or Wealth we can help.
